Le miel de for\u00eat est issu des r\u00e9gions \u00e9lev\u00e9es des montagnes de Homolje couvertes des for\u00eats de conif\u00e8res. Ce miel se caract\u00e9rise par sa couleur fonc\u00e9e, son ar\u00f4me d\u00e9licat et son go\u00fbt \u00e2cre. Le miel de for\u00eat se distingue d\u2019autres miels par sa composition chimique sp\u00e9cifique \u2013 il contient beaucoup plus d’\u00e9l\u00e9ments min\u00e9raux. Il est issu de miellat.
